Blue Suede Rockabilly Weekend is an annual music-and-heritage
celebration in Jackson, Tennessee: the Birthplace of Rockabilly and
home of Carl Perkins. The inaugural weekend (April 24–26, 2026) marks 70
years of “Blue Suede Shoes” with live rockabilly music, the Bunny Run Car
Show, a pin-up contest, the Blue Suede Trail of themed local specials,
and heritage programming that spotlights Jackson’s rockabilly story.
